Leveraging unique metabolic features of cancer and immune cells

Access to nutrients and subsequent metabolic shifts have an important role in cellular function and differentiation as well as in cell survival. By modulating dominating metabolic signatures of cancer cells and immune cells, metabolic regulators can be applied to suppress cancer growth while boosting anti-cancer immune cells. At ImmunoMet Therapeutics, we have been developing a series of small chemical compounds targeting metabolic pathways of cancer and immuno-suppressive cells to control cancer growth and relapse, especially in difficult-to-treat patients. Our development program addresses the limitations of current cancer therapies and are designed to offer hope of long-term survival and quality of life for cancer patients.
