
Lixumistat has completed Phase 1 studies in cancer patients and healthy subjects with a safety profile that supported a recommended Phase 2 dose. Clinical efficacy was demonstrated in a recently completed Phase 1b study of lixumistat in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel in PDAC patients. ImmunoMet is raising capital to conduct key Phase 2 clinical studies with lixumistat.
Lixumistat is the only clinical-stage OxPhos inhibitor with demonstrated efficacy in pancreatic cancer. Phase 1 are complete with a safety profile that supports further development of Lixumistat. The Phase 1b/2a study at MD Anderson recently completed, with encouraging efficacy at the recommended Phase 2 dose.
