Dean is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of ImmunoMet Therapeutics. With deep expertise in cancer metabolism and drug development, he leads the company's scientific strategy, clinical programme oversight, and investor and partnership activities.
His career spans more than 30 years in pharmaceutical research and development, with 35+ peer-reviewed publications and co-inventorship on 7 patents.
Dr. Pant serves as Principal Investigator for the Phase 1b/2a PDAC trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center, overseeing clinical operations, enrolment, and patient care for the lixumistat programme.

Dr. Sung-wuk Kim is an entrepreneur, angel investor and accomplished inventor who has made significant contributions to drug development, holding more than 30 patents across formulation, biologics and small-molecule drugs.
He is currently Co-CEO of Nexyon, a lipid metabolism company established in 2020, and serves on the Board of Directors at Alloplex Biotherapeutics.
Dr. Kim was formerly CEO of HanAll Biopharma and served on its Board of Directors (2003 to 2020), and was Chair of the R&D Committee at Daewoong Pharma Group (2015 to 2020). He has also served on the boards of Humasis Inc, a diagnostics kit company (2002 to 2015), and Hangen Biotech, an RSV vaccine company (2002 to 2004). Earlier, he founded the IT company Freechal Inc, the first XML-platform internet community service provider, in 1999, serving on its board until 2002.
Dr. Kim earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Yonsei University in Korea and resides in Seoul with his family.

Dr. Rolland is an international executive who has led start-up, private and public pharmaceutical and biotech companies from discovery to pre-commercial stage. He had a pioneering career in the discovery and clinical development of novel technologies, including nanomedicines for oncology, microspheres for dermatology, gene therapies and DNA vaccines.
He is currently acting CEO of Mount Therapeutics and advises biotech and pharma companies on corporate strategy, fundraising, partnering, R&D, clinical operations, and business development. He co-founded and seed-financed a start-up and built three biotech organisations from the ground up, defining corporate strategy, operational infrastructure, and teams.
He has filed more than 12 INDs along with orphan-drug and fast-track designations, and managed clinical programs through Phase 3 multinational studies while building intellectual-property portfolios. He has also negotiated and maintained mission-critical partnerships and licensing agreements.
Dr. Rolland received a Pharm.D., a Pharmacokinetics degree, and a Ph.D. from the School of Pharmacy (Rennes, France). He has published over 100 scientific articles and book chapters, edited 3 scientific books, and was founding Editor-in-Chief of Current Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. He has presented at more than 130 conferences and is an inventor on over 20 international patents in advanced drug delivery, drug and gene targeting, and formulation. He was honored by the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists as an AAPS Fellow.
